Well, here's my first personal web post in awhile... it's been all movie, all the time for me these days... its nice to catch a little break here. Though I will be going into major pre-production on another short film in about a week. Anyway... I have an interesting post lined up, talking about the whole dating/courtship issues... I will allow you all to hear my foolish opinions on the matter :) That's all for now... good bye.

I haven't posted in like a month. I've been so busy with work. Anyone who tells you the movie business is glamorous and easy is a liar. This is some tough work. I've been working on this teaser trailer for Smuggler's Ransom for over a week, and its finally done. I've also got about 50% of the film cut in rough cut form. We have a pick-up day scheduled for August 4th, and some VO recording and ADR on August 5. After that all we have to do is put the pieces together and we will have a film. I think it will exceed all of our expectations.

I am so tired right now. I was on a cruise this last weekend, and while it was relaxing it was also tiring with all the activities going on, and I brought my editing stuff so I worked quite a bit too.

My friends to dream of other things... of shoes and ships, and ceiling wax, and cabbages and kings!

Well.... here we are... about a week from shooting the biggest film of my life (to this point) and I am completely at ease :) I can trust that the Lord's will will be done, and that I just must trust in Him and do my best at what I can do... Pray for Daniel and I as we embark on this adventure, and pray that the Gospel will be evident in our lives as we witness to those on the cast and crew who are unbelievers...
